Simon Smith Carry the Can

Simon Smith Carry the Can
This song tells the story of war in Ukraine form the perspective of Ukrainian blogger Yaraslava.
War Coffee
The Globe is a very special music venue. It is always a pleasure to play there. This video starts off with my song War Coffee, dedicated to the people of Ukraine. It uses the words and phrases of Ukrainian blogger, Yaraslava. Then I sing Down to the Woods, a song about male suicide for my friend. These first two songs are from my album Repair Cafe available from simonsmithmusic.com Then I finish off with Thinking About Our Lives from my 1997 album, Carry the Can.
Simon Smith at The Globe, Hay on Wye
This is the guitar solo fro my 1997 song Lift Up Your Heart. Sam is joining me on the cajon, thank you Sam. The performance was part of an audition, which I passed!
